Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. Our branding and business name is not visible anywhere on our hosting servers (including cPanel & WHM). All server host names and name server addresses that we provide utilize a generic domain name that doesn't point back to us. You can take this a step further and create your own custom name servers on your domain or customize cPanel branding to match that of your business if you would like.
Sorry, we do not. While there are certainly use cases for basic shared hosting, we have found that hosting that includes WHM access provides far greater control and security for our clients. This is especially true if you're hosting multiple domains, where it is highly recommended that each have its own cPanel account.
